- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
- Assist in preparing condiments and simple side orders as required.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to tables.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain high grooming standards in compliance with company policy.

- Possess a friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-traffic, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be able to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proper grooming: Ability to adhere to uniform standards (white polo/collared shirt, long black pants, fully covered black shoes).
- Must be willing to keep long hair tied up neatly at all times.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided to the right candidates.
