As a Service Crew member, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, from warmly welcoming guests to serving authentic Japanese dishes. - Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve dishes and beverages promptly while adhering to service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant daily.
- Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
