As the face of our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an authentic and memorable dining experience.

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly dining atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and assist with menu recommendations.
- Provide efficient table service, including serving dishes and clearing tables promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required by the outlet manager.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be able to adhere to the grooming standards (White polo/collared shirt, black pants, black covered shoes).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
- High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times.
