Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking orders accurately
- Prepare delicious waffles and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and workstations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and performance goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and/or Filipino
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn and receive training on food preparation and service procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
