Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our coffee menu, food offerings, and seasonal promotions to provide accurate recommendations.
- Efficiently handle order taking, payment processing, and table clearing to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Collaborate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality food and beverages.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the dining area, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable atmosphere.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or Service Crew in a café or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and digital payment methods.
- Well-groomed appearance and a strong commitment to food safety and personal hygiene standards.
