Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive table service and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Assist in setting up/breaking down dining areas for smooth shift transitions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude with customer service orientation
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
