In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for effectively performing the duties of a Level 1 Network Support specialist. Your primary goal will be to ensure the seamless operation and reliable support of our assigned clients, acting as the first line of defense in our technical support ecosystem.

As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical troubleshooting and client satisfaction. You will be tasked with diagnosing and resolving network issues, managing service tickets, and maintaining high service delivery standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting for network and hardware-related issues.
- Monitor system performance to ensure the seamless operation of assigned client environments.
- Log, track, and resolve service tickets efficiently within the designated timeframe.
- Communicate technical status and resolutions clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and peripherals.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to prevent downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Level 1 Network Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
