Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain Tetra Pak processing and packaging equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades per manufacturer specifications
- Provide on-site technical support and training to equipment operators
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance or service engineering
- Strong knowledge of food processing machinery and automation systems
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Customer-focused communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
