Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize operational downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and performance optimization protocols
- Train customers on equipment operation and best maintenance practices
- Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain equipment records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or service delivery
- Strong knowledge of food processing machinery and automation systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Certifications in industrial maintenance (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) preferred
