Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for cloud service delivery to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, managing SLAs, KPIs, and operational budgets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of cloud engineers and service managers.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring service quality meets or exceeds contractual obligations.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in a cloud-native environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvements in infrastructure and service automation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and governance frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Solid experience in managing cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Proven expertise in ITIL framework, service delivery best practices, and operations management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical cloud metrics into business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
