We offer a competitive salary package of ₱100,000 – ₱130,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage cloud service delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery processes and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of cloud services, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on service delivery metrics
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a cloud environment
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable
- Experience in developing and implementing service delivery strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
