- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud operations
- Design and implement secure patching frameworks and compliance protocols
- Oversee end-to-end incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution
- Drive DevOps automation initiatives for continuous deployment and monitoring
- Coordinate service delivery SLAs and performance optimization
- Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud infrastructure expansion
- Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust architectures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in cloud operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification
- Proven expertise in multi-cloud security frameworks and IaC tools
- Strong background in incident response and service management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
