Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, communicating project status, risks, and milestones effectively.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards across all delivery activities.
- Optimize NetSuite workflows and business processes to enhance operational efficiency for clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team training sessions to maintain high team productivity.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define project scope and resource requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or a related technical role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong, hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record of managing successful ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, NetSuite Professional) are a strong plus.
