Join Nexus Technologies Incorporated as a Service Delivery Lead for Security Services and spearhead the delivery of mission-critical security operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery for security operations and infrastructure
- Lead critical Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for security service delivery frameworks
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve service disruptions and optimize workflows
- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for security service components
- Implement and monitor disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in ITIL/ITSM frameworks with focus on security services
- Strong knowledge of security operations (SecOps), incident response, and risk management
- Experience managing security tools and technologies (SIEM, SOAR, firewalls)
- Certifications in ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or related security management preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
