Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end ownership of software solution delivery from initiation to closure
- Strategic stakeholder management across client organizations and internal teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for multiple concurrent projects
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance delivery efficiency
- Performance monitoring using KPIs and SLA compliance tracking
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution throughout project lifecycles
- Continuous improvement of service delivery frameworks and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of IT service delivery experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise managing enterprise-level software implementations
- PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience in APAC markets with multinational exposure
