Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for seamless service delivery? Satellite Office is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery/Provisioning Specialist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our clients experience top-tier operational support, managing the end-to-end provisioning process for our Australian-based partners.
This is a fully remote position operating on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), providing you with a stable work-life balance while working with international stakeholders. You will be the bridge between internal technical teams and our clients, ensuring that services are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end service provisioning process, ensuring all technical and operational requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with SLAs.
- Monitor service performance and troubleshoot provisioning bottlenecks to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, status updates, and configuration details.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery status and inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits of provisioning workflows to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to company standards and client specifications within the AEST shift.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in service delivery, provisioning, or technical operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Must be comfortable working on an Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with international stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM or ticketing software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or Service Now).
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
