Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end service delivery processes ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate between technical teams and clients to resolve service incidents and requests
- Implement and monitor ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks for efficient service operations
- Conduct regular service reviews and performance reporting to stakeholders
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives using CMMI methodologies
- Act as primary escalation point for complex service delivery issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service objectives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT service delivery or operations management
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process knowledge
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with CMMI process improvement models
- Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Experience in global IT outsourcing environments preferred
