The role begins with comprehensive training in Eastwood, followed by deployment to our Laguna facility. After training, you'll work on a shifting schedule to ensure 24/7 system monitoring and incident resolution. You'll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing service requests, and maintaining system health. APWTech values proactive problem-solvers who can deliver exceptional user experiences while adhering to ITIL best practices.   • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for all IT assets
  • Train users on new technologies and system updates
  • Generate and analyze IT service reports for continuous improvement

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common applications
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • Ability to work flexible/rotating schedules
  • Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
