Join APWTech as a Service Desk Analyst and become a vital part of our IT infrastructure team. This full onsite contract position offers an exciting opportunity to provide critical technical support while growing your expertise in a dynamic environment. The role begins with comprehensive training in Eastwood, followed by deployment to our Laguna facility. After training, you'll work on a shifting schedule to ensure 24/7 system monitoring and incident resolution. You'll be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing service requests, and maintaining system health. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
- Document incident resolutions and update knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Implement and maintain security protocols for all IT assets
- Train users on new technologies and system updates
- Generate and analyze IT service reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and common applications
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible/rotating schedules
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino
