Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets via phone, email, and remote support tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Document all interactions and resolutions in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical issues
- Assist in IT asset management and system deployments
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in service desk or technical support
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
