Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and execute necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical system failures effectively.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users and clients.
- Maintain accurate service logs, technical reports, and warranty documentation.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality assurance protocols during all operations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify product improvements based on field feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar Service Engineer or Technical Support role.
- Strong hands-on experience with industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and technical teams.
- Valid Singapore Driver’s License is preferred for frequent site visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
