Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission new hardware and software systems at client sites across Kulim and the broader Kedah region.
- Provide rapid on-site and remote technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues, ensuring maximum system uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance, system audits, and performance optimization to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Diagnose root causes of technical failures, execute effective repair strategies, and manage the spare parts inventory lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations) to deliver tailored technical solutions and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Train and empower client end-users on best practices for safe and efficient operation of machinery and systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports following every intervention, tracking key performance metrics and service trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven, hands-on experience in a Service Engineer, Field Service Technician, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is strongly required.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering blueprints.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within Kedah and surrounding regions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, professional service at all times.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, or industrial automation is a distinct advantage.
