Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and service industrial machinery at client sites
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and implement effective solutions
- Conduct preventative maintenance to optimize equipment performance
- Provide technical training to Mandarin-speaking customers on machinery operation
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve recurring technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Valid Malaysian driving license with clean record
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation
