Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of TOA electronic test equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by customers to restore full functionality.
- Provide technical training and guidance to end-users on the proper operation of our equipment.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor equipment health and resolve service requests efficiently.
- Document service reports, warranty claims, and technical feedback accurately for internal records.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to relay field insights and suggest product improvements.
- Manage service inventory and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Service Engineer or Field Service role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, measurement instruments, and oscilloscopes.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Technical certification in electronics or test instrumentation is an added advantage.
