Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on Kaeser rotary screw compressors, dryers, and filters.
- Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of compressed air systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, implementing effective repairs to minimize customer downtime.
- Conduct performance audits and energy efficiency assessments for existing customer installations.
- Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams on product operation.
- Manage spare parts inventory, prepare service reports, and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify service contract opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all field service activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in servicing rotating equipment, preferably industrial compressors.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical/electronic control systems (PLC knowledge is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport; willing to travel extensively within Selangor and other states.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and experience with ERP/CRM software.
