In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery, which is essential for assembling electronic components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). You will ensure high operational efficiency and product quality by troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing regular preventive maintenance on state-of-the-art equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission new SMT lines and associated assembly equipment.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults in SMT machinery.
- Repair or replace defective components such as feeders, nozzles, and printers.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment status reports accurately.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain continuous workflow.
- Conduct training sessions for machine operators on proper usage and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Analyze machine parameters to identify potential issues and suggest process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry, specifically with SMT equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of PCB assembly processes and surface mount technology.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and electrical blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet strict production deadlines.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a significant advantage.
