- Carry out hands-on assembly, troubleshooting, and calibration of OEM equipment.
- Perform on-site commissioning and installation of machinery and systems.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose technical faults and implement effective repair solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers during equipment handover.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar hands-on role.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with OEM equipment, calibration tools, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for on-site servicing when required.
