Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding equipment operations and maintenance
- Execute professional installation work at client sites with adherence to safety standards
- Manage on-site projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and performance evaluations of client systems
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for client communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service engineering or technical support role
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and engineering schematics
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Jakarta area
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests
