Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures in rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, seals)
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair services at client sites
- Install, commission, and calibrate new equipment systems
- Provide technical training and documentation to client personnel
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain client equipment histories
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Certification in vibration analysis or predictive maintenance preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
