Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across Sulawesi Tenggara
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement service improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in equipment maintenance or service engineering
- Strong diagnostic skills with mechanical, electrical, and software systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
