Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems for clients.
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical faults efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, work orders, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to implement product improvements based on field feedback.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure timely procurement of necessary components.
- Provide technical training and support to customers regarding the operation and care of equipment.
- Respond to service requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit diagrams, schematics, and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
- Proficient in using diagnostic software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
