Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify root causes of equipment failure.
- Execute precise repairs, part replacements, and system calibrations to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain detailed service logs, maintenance reports, and inventory of spare parts.
- Collaborate with clients to provide expert technical advice and training on system operation.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety protocols and company engineering standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival at customer sites for scheduled servicing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical servicing or maintenance.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driver's License to travel between service locations.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in field settings with minimal supervision.
