Tanggung Jawab
- Introduce and demonstrate company medical instruments to healthcare providers
- Perform equipment installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Deliver responsive after-sales service including troubleshooting and repairs
- Train clients on equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular service visits
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and client needs
- Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical preferred)
- Minimum 2 years technical support experience in medical devices
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
- Familiarity with ISO and medical equipment safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting systems
