As a Service Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring our state-of-the-art press systems, pneumohydraulic drive cylinders, and clinching equipment operate at peak efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive troubleshooter who thrives in hands-on environments and is committed to delivering exceptional mechanical and electrical support.
In this position, you will execute routine maintenance, respond to critical machinery breakdowns, and lead machine commissioning projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of TOX press systems and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues systematically to minimize downtime for manufacturing clients.
- Conduct professional technical training sessions for clients regarding machine operation, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with local and global engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize machine performance.
- Generate detailed service reports, document technical issues, and provide feedback to the quality team for continuous improvement.
- Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacement parts to customers to ensure operational continuity.
- Strictly adhere to corporate safety regulations and client-site safety protocols during all field operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in field service, machinery maintenance, or industrial automation.
- Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical control systems, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Possess a valid driving license and a willingness to travel regularly within the region for on-site technical support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage on-site timelines effectively.
