Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and repair services to clients globally, minimizing downtime.
- Diagnose complex mechanical faults efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, including work logs and equipment history.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations during maintenance activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a service engineering or mechanical maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (essential for client site visits).
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
