As a Service Engineer, you will act as the technical face of SICK, working closely with customers to understand their unique automation needs. Your day-to-day activities will involve the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our high-precision sensors and safety systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of SICK automation products and integrated systems.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Conduct regular system inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime for clients.
- Deliver product training and safety briefings to customers to ensure proper usage of equipment.
- Document service reports, technical data, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the regional sales and engineering teams to address complex client requirements.
- Ensure all service activities comply with SICK safety standards and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in service engineering, field service, or technical support.
- Strong understanding of automation systems, sensors, and industrial safety devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within the region for on-site assignments.
