Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive post-sales technical support for automated machinery systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Implement proactive maintenance strategies to enhance system reliability
- Deliver technical training and guidance to end-users and clients
- Document service activities, maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with R&D team to identify product improvement opportunities
- Coordinate spare parts inventory and logistics for efficient repairs
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical service/support roles
- Strong diagnostic skills with hands-on machinery troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and system documentation
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
