Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Cryogenic Pumps, RF/DC Power Supplies, and Chiller Systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on vacuum technology equipment at customer sites.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and preventative maintenance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure equipment is operating within optimal safety and efficiency parameters.
- Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and documentation for all performed maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to escalate and resolve recurring technical malfunctions.
- Participate in emergency call-outs and provide timely on-site support to minimize customer downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field service engineering or industrial maintenance.
- Strong understanding of vacuum systems, power supplies, and thermal management technologies.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client sites across Singapore.
