Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair injection molding machines at customer sites and company headquarters
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with precision and efficiency
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on machine operation and maintenance
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for complex machine problems
- Order necessary replacement parts and manage inventory of spare components
- Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and best practices in injection molding
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines and their mechanical components
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in various environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
