Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide technical support beyond regular office hours
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation equipment efficiently
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Install, calibrate, and commission new instrumentation systems
- Document service activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
- Provide training and guidance to clients on proper equipment operation
- Stay updated with the latest industry technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service engineering or technical support
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and equipment
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
