We are currently seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Service Engineer to join our dynamic team in the West Java region.
As a Service Engineer, you will be the frontline technical expert, ensuring the peak operational performance of our instrumentation products at client sites. You will be responsible for providing expert installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting support, ensuring our clients receive world-class service that meets our global quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of advanced instrumentation and control systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections to ensure system longevity and optimal efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions, offering quick and effective repair solutions to minimize client downtime.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and guidance to client operators on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed technical service reports and documentation for every site visit.
- Collaborate with the sales and project engineering teams to address unique client requirements and provide customized technical recommendations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols while working in industrial plant environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer in power plant or industrial automation sectors.
- Strong technical aptitude in interpreting schematics, P&ID diagrams, and electrical wiring.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Good command of both written and spoken English for technical communication and documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various industrial client sites across Jawa Barat and surrounding regions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational corporate environment and maintain high levels of professional integrity.
