In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface, ensuring that our helicopter engines operate at peak reliability while providing expert support to our clients.
You will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring that all operations strictly adhere to international aerospace safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers regarding the maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting of Safran helicopter engines.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for fleet operators, addressing operational queries and complex technical failures.
- Conduct engine performance monitoring and data analysis to provide proactive maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with aerospace regulatory standards, maintenance manuals, and safety protocols.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and participate in investigations regarding engine performance or incidents.
- Conduct on-site technical support visits to customer facilities as required to resolve field issues.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, engine overhaul, or technical field support.
- In-depth knowledge of helicopter turbine engine systems and operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a highly regulated aviation environment.
- Valid certification or background in aviation maintenance regulations (CAAS/EASA) is highly preferred.
