Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on technical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to diagnose technical issues and provide prompt, effective solutions for clients.
- Install and commission new systems, ensuring all setups meet quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users regarding equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed service reports, documentation of repairs, and equipment performance logs.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to identify recurring issues and suggest technical improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulatory standards during all field activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive client relationship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage time in a field setting.
- Proficiency in reading technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required by service demands.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
