Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and commission technical equipment at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to end-users regarding equipment operation.
- Document all service activities, maintenance logs, and technical reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to address client feedback and improve service delivery.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess equipment health and identify potential issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex mechanical or electrical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client locations.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety protocols.
