We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Engineer to join the dynamic team at Assurance Controls Technologies. In this vital position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of specialized equipment, including its installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance within industrial and healthcare settings. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our clients, ensuring that critical systems remain operational, efficient, and compliant with industry safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of specialized industrial and healthcare equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical malfunctions efficiently, minimizing client downtime.
- Execute routine preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to analyze service data and improve product reliability and service protocols.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance during all operations.
- Provide clear technical support, training, and documentation to clients regarding the proper use and care of equipment.
- Manage service calls and inventory requirements to ensure timely response to client needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in service engineering, technical support, or a similar maintenance role.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Valid driver’s license and the willingness to travel to various client locations within Metro Manila.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with specific industrial or healthcare machinery is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods during installations.
