- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on Anelva semiconductor equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Provide on-site technical support and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve recurring technical problems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Certification in Anelva systems or similar vacuum/beam technology preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
