HKM HR Management is currently partnering with a leading MNC to seek a dedicated Service Engineer / Assistant Service Engineer. This role is perfect for candidates looking to advance their technical expertise in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
In this position, you will be the frontline technical expert, ensuring the operational integrity of high-end security and surveillance systems. You will work within a dynamic MNC environment, gaining exposure to large-scale projects and advanced integrated systems. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades with precision.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and corrective servicing for Security Systems, CCTV, and ELV infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system faults, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and new installations.
- Maintain comprehensive service reports and documentation in accordance with MNC standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff or clients regarding system operation.
- Monitor Building Management System (BMS) performance to optimize facility security.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control, or BMS is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage technical troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficient in interpreting technical schematics and system diagrams.
