Based in the industrial hub of Cikarang, you will be the face of our technical expertise, ensuring that our clients' automated systems run smoothly.
In this role, you will manage the entire service lifecycle for industrial automation and robotic systems. Your day-to-day will involve traveling to customer sites to perform installation, troubleshooting, and rigorous maintenance. You will diagnose system faults, implement effective solutions, and collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance our product offerings. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and startup of industrial automation systems and robotic arms.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and perform complex troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, and robotic controllers.
- Analyze system failures and implement corrective maintenance strategies to restore full functionality.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to provide feedback and improve system designs based on field performance.
- Provide technical training and support to customer operators to ensure optimal system usage.
- Ensure all work is conducted in strict adherence to safety standards and company quality procedures.
- Document service reports, including performance data and maintenance logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service engineering, specifically within the automation and robotics industry.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI configuration.
- Familiarity with major industrial robot brands (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, or Yaskawa).
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A).
- Ability to travel to customer sites and work independently.
