Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and service technical equipment at client sites across Penang
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems to resolve technical failures
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of industrial machinery
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams for complex issue resolution
- Travel to client locations as required for service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service or field engineering
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex systems
- Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Ability to work independently while managing client relationships
