Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough technical inspections and risk assessments of building systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Manage and coordinate rectification works, ensuring timely and high-quality execution based on inspection findings.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and engineering solutions for asset longevity.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for service delivery and quality control.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, engineering proposals, and cost estimates for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex engineering issues independently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in building engineering services and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent technical certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation tools.
