As a Service Engineer in our Commissioning Division, you will play a critical role in bringing our advanced industrial systems to life. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, systems, and utility facilities are flawlessly installed, rigorously tested, and fully operational prior to project handover. This role requires a blend of deep technical troubleshooting, client relations, and a strong commitment to on-site safety and engineering excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities for industrial utility equipment and systems at client sites.
- Inspect and verify installation quality, ensuring complete alignment with engineering designs, technical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, thermal, and instrumentation issues during initial testing and trial runs.
- Provide technical training and onsite guidance to clients' plant operators and maintenance crews to ensure smooth handovers.
- Draft detailed commissioning logs, client acceptance certificates, and technical service reports for project documentation.
- Enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines on-site during all commissioning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid hands-on experience in commissioning, maintenance, or field services of utility plants.
- Strong working knowledge of thermal systems, industrial boilers, water treatment systems, or chillers.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical blueprints.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and on-site troubleshooting capabilities under pressure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a strong willingness to travel to diverse regional project sites as required.
